The operator is not acting through this site as an insurer, insurance agency, insurance producer, broker, underwriter, claims administrator, veterinarian, law firm or financial adviser. No insurer sponsors, endorses or controls the site.
No sale, solicitation or individualized insurance recommendation
The site does not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance; bind coverage; issue or transmit quote applications; accept premiums; adjudicate claims; negotiate policy terms; rank insurers for compensation; or instruct a visitor to purchase, keep, replace or cancel a named policy. It does not forward your entries to an insurer, producer or lead buyer. Confirm availability, price, exclusions and policy language directly with the insurer or an appropriately licensed insurance professional.
Your inputs
Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the figures and policy characteristics you enter. A comparison can be misleading when products differ in coverage type, exclusions, reimbursement method, deductible structure, benefit limits, waiting periods or other material terms.
Only enter information you are entitled to use. Do not enter names, addresses, policy or claim numbers, payment information, credentials, medical records, detailed diagnoses, uploaded documents or another person's confidential information.

Any claim-cost illustration is simplified and is not a promise that a real claim will be covered or paid in the amount shown. Any premium scenario uses assumptions entered by the visitor and is not a forecast of future insurer pricing.

Regulatory, industry and insurer information can change. The site identifies important public sources where practical but cannot guarantee that every linked page remains available or that every policy and jurisdiction is represented.
Before replacing coverage
Do not cancel existing coverage solely because another premium appears lower. Review the proposed policy, effective date, waiting periods, exclusions, prior symptoms, medical advice, testing, treatment and pre-existing-condition provisions before replacing coverage.
Availability and corrections
The service may be changed, corrected, suspended or discontinued. We aim for accurate calculations and working access but do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose.

Original site text, design, branding and software are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence or any liability or mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Claims arising from misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, deliberate violation of these terms or submission of information you had no right to use. This does not require you to compensate the operator for the operator's own negligence or unlawful conduct.
Pennsylvania law
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to non-waivable rights where you live, claims relating to the site must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue.
